targa 34 mark 2
Hi All,
I am brand new to this site, and to boating, but I am considering buying a 2000-2006 Targa 34 mark 2. While I am looking to purchase in the new year I am trying to research things as thoroughly as possible in the mean time. With this in mind I was hoping someone could help with a link or a copy of the original brochure so I can look at what all the optional extra are so I have a better understanding of what I am buying.
I also would like to know if there is a site where you can buy retro-fit parts be they genuine originals or up to date reproductions.
Anyone's help on these two issues would be great.
Many thanks James

Ah, a man of impeccable taste!
Here you go, these are the pages from a c.2000 mini brochure...

The only option that I would consider essential is an autopilot. Teak cockpit and electric toilet are nice too. For davits, 'Snap Davits' are preferable to the factory fit ones.
Regarding parts, many of the original parts are still available. I prefer to keep my boat looking original but you can certainly add nav gear, heating, A/C, etc to make it more comfortable.
If you have any questions, please ask!
Pete

I also own a targa 34 2004. Let me know if I can be of help. Not that I’m an expert but have owned mine for a couple of years. I’ve got KAD 300 engines in mine. Are you the same?
Great boat eh?
