Sunfury locker hinge

I'm looking for replacement hinges for the under helm locker also seem to be the same as those on the chart table cover (1984 Sunfury) The original has Schema Ltd, and patent number 1013106 stamped on the inside but this patent seems to relate to a folding table attachment!. Any ideas of a suitable alternative ?
