Hi all,
Having disscovered that the foam under the cabin floor is water logged I have decided to remove the floor and foam, dry everything out and then replace with a double skin marine/exterior ply floor bonded with resin on top of new closed cell foam. Has anyone else attempted this? How strong is the outer hull skin? I think the foam on this boat is only there for insulation and floor support. Am tempted to carry this out whilst the boat is in the water so the load is evenly spread.
Thanks.
Paul
