Hi Scott, I used Interspeed Ultra on my current and last boat for ~4years. It used to last the whole year. But, I thought there must be better out there so tried Blakes hard racing (about ?50 cheaper over 5 litres needed) instead in April this year. I was very disappointed. I think my expectations w...

probably the moulding is glued and then sealed round the edge. Is there a downlight in the moulding? Maybe try and pull the light out, there might be a screw at the back (unlikely) or it may be more apparent how to remove.

mine reads -4 fully down, it doesnt really matter what the number is because you will know the right level to trim the legs specific to your boat. For example I find -3 or -2 best for me. If you wish to adjust them then the potentiometer can be found at the top of the legs transom inside the engine ...

is there any fluid left in the plastic box/tank? if not, clean up the bilges then fill the fluid and see if you can trace the leak. It could be the trim pump if you are finding the fluid in the bilge. If you can see fluid out the back of the boat then it could be the seals on the rams outside the bo...

Hi Ray, your boat is ~ same size and weight as a Targa 30. On my Targa I use a 10kg delta, its been a big improvement on the standard 12kg brittany. Most Fairlines that I see with different anchors to standard have a delta. I anchor in sand / mud for which the delta is ideal. For rock you will proba...

A scratch that goes all the way into the cabin gelcoat ;) I think you can order gelcoat from Fairline then your gelcoat guy can match up if more is needed. Really any gel repair guy should be capable of matching the existing white which will be different even between targa 30's due to sun / polishin...

Mike, Ive always found the renovo products good for this, theres three parts order as needed (not so cheap) 1) a cleaner 2) a re-colour/restorer (blue or green) 3) a re-proofer starbright canvas cleaner is also ok, it needs you to hose the cover, paint on the cleaner then scrub it with a brush (I fi...

Hi Ray, I think a dirty bottom / props would be the 'normal' problem. My kad32s were doing 3400 max after 6months in the water but today back in after sand down and new antifoul hull/legs/props we're back up to 3800-3900 max. No other work was done on the boat on this lift, ie no engine / leg servic...
