Re: Squadron 52 Side Panels

IF there's no visiable way of removing them then they have probably been stuck on or if you're lucky, attached using very strong velcro.

Re: Check list needed for Failine Targa 30 model 2000

Hi, the Bow thruster was a retrofit. Lux models have the windows set into the coachroof, a Jack and Jill door to the heads and a hydraulic engine hatch. Hi Richard, if you look at the thread I linked to above, there should be details of the contractors that "Jimmy the Builder" used for the platform extension.

Re: Searching Targa 38 Side window cover stripes

I've had a few conversations about this. Their latest update is: "The frits are a whole new problem. I’ve contacted a number of our suppliers of glass and similar items and none of them have retro fit type frits and have all said it is applied at manufacture " Have you considered getting a...

Re: Targa 40 swim platform

Hi, I don't know if a hi-lo has ever been fitted but you should read this thread: http://www.ybw.com/forums/showthread.ph ... nter-refit. "Jimmy the builder" is a good friend of mine if you need any more info.

Re: Targa 40 Zdrives

Hi, there are thousands of Targas running Stern (Out) Drives. As long as they are properly maintained they should give years of reliable service. Just make sure you get the drives surveyed before you purchase the boat and follow the maintenance guidelines.

Re: Searching Targa 38 Side window cover stripes

Have you tried getting vinyl strips made to match. Wouldn't have thought is too expensive. I had some great work from Elite Signs in Poole - speak to Russell. That's a good idea. I've spoken to Fairline and they believe that the company that used to make these edging (called "frits") was ...
