I would have thought south coast was thye place for GRP. I do know there is a GRP fabrication shop at Bridge Marine , Walton on Thames which I have been told does good work. any chance that the spline to which the wiper arm fits can be removed
and
- replaced with the old one, or
- replaced with the new one (from outside)
might require drilling and a grub screw

in all my prop research I never came across a 16x16 Volvo SP prop, they were always 15,17,19,21,23 pitch I dont know enough about props, but my feeling is the 16 inch dia does give a better bite for the slower revving engine. really sorry to hear that. You must be shattered.
Coastal Rides could prob help you with pair used legs if repairs/ new parts appear to take costs out of control.

Princess 32 same engines as yours using 15x17's previously underpropped with 15x15 he makes around 14 ish knots not fitted with trim tabs I feel that 16's are right for you ... but whether 17 or 19 or 21 best suits your engines I am not sure ... you might like to have a scout around http://www.rbbi....
