Hi,
Is there anybody who knows which wiper blades are originally mounted on a Targa 38 build 1994?
Or at least the length?
Thanks in advance,
Dick

Re: Battery Switch, BLP relay, on a Targa 38

Dick, do you know, where the fuse of activation is located? In the heavy duty box? When the green control light at the dash in the saloon is shining, when activating the BLP relay in the heavy duty box, the fuse can't be wrong. I this correct? Thanks, Curt Hi Curt, This is correct, when the green li...

Re: BLP Power Pulse Latching Relay's

Hi Howard, Did you check the green control lights on the dash in the saloon? It could be that the fuse of the activation is blown. They are in the heavy duty box and I believe they are 2 amps. I will comeback on this when I checked it on a 47 because I am not sure about this. Dick I have looked in ...

Re: Battery Switch, BLP relay, on a Targa 38

Hi Dick thank you for your reply. I´ll take your advice and will come back. If it don´t works Im considering in changing the carligton switch and the BLP relay into a remote control battery switch from Blue Sea Systems (or Phillippi, I think is the same) for the two engines. As the later vessel fro...

Timage are always worth a look for hinges. Please mention Fairline Owners Club when calling them.

Re: Targa 47 viewing

Hi Steve, You have tot check everything of course actually let it be done by a surveyor. But the first thing I would check is the functionality of the sliding roof. If you can not hear any strange noise except the electromotor it will be alright but any scratching noise or squeezing will cost you a ...

Re: T38 gel coat

Hi Frank, I ´m new in the forum and I´m from Germany. I did a couple of gel repairs. After cleaning I always sand the area around the scratch with a 2000 sand paper, just to clean the surface and bring the original color back. You can fool the eye. The videos from "boat works today.com " helped me ...

Re: squadron 55 '97'

Hi Andy,
If it is a Volvo Penta EDC system the controls including the lights are powered by the main switch of the engine(s).
So if you swich off the main switch of the engines he light must go off.

Re: Battery Switch, BLP relay, on a Targa 38

Hi Curt, First of all a healthy 2016. I believe that the 38 of 2011 has the new type switches in the heavy duty box which means that sometime these switches are going a little rough. If you open the cover of the heavy duty box and look before you open it , that the remote axel is not touching the co...

Re: VDO Sumlog HS Analog

Hi Toby, The different readings could be coursed by a different setting of the encoding switches at the back of the instruments. You can find the manual of the sumlog here: http://www.equipment.ath.cx/instrument_pdf/VDO/VDO%20sumlog%20SL_en.pdf I think the digits are the ODO meter at the top and bot...

Re: Squadron 55 1997 trying to fit a gas hob!

Hi Andy Le, It could be that these false doors are glued with polyurethane in that case it is hard to remove them. It is also possible that they are mounted with silicon in that case it is possible to remove them by pulling at one side and cut the silicon in the mean time while you're pulling . The ...
