Hi All, Im looking to change the standard brittany anchor for a delta on my Targa30 and was wondering if others have done the same on their targa 30 or 34? I think the bow roller on the 30/34 is designed for a flat anchor like the brittany / danforth etc, and I wouldnt really want to change the roll...

When Im idle and not using the boat one day Ill take it apart to see ;) I used the boat today and I noticed I never sit on the seat without the bolster, so even with a 2inch raised seat...

Hi John, I find the fuel calculator on http://www.passageplan.com is very good, you give your engine hp, tank size, max revs etc and it works out your range by multiplying the hours you can run by the cruising speed... http://www.passageplan.com/plan_a_route/fuel_calc.html eg for a T30 I put in 170h...

My targa 30 is yr 2000 and in the flesh the teak really looks like its from a new boat. I know Clive on this forum is from A-Glaze, any chance of a discount on A-Glaze product...

Hi David / Adam, If nobody else on the forum has done the seat change on their own boat then I think we may have to dismantle mine to see how its been raised. A quick pic of the top of my seat, does yours have these 4 bolt nuts in the middle (and as much dirt ;) ) ? Do you also have the metal plate ...

hi John, my guess would be since the T34 rear cabin is the same as the T30 its installed in the same place as the T30 in one of the bilges under the bunks. Do you have a user manual for your T34? the schematics for the piping etc should be in there even when its not fitted to yours. Im also consider...

Hi Tony, Try some fender cleaner from the chandlery. It needs a lot of work but should clean up. I also tried that magic sponge stuff, did the same as the cleaner but the sponge falls to bits as you clean so its easier just using the regular fender cleaner liquid. After you clean them up its probabl...

T30 blower fan

Hi, Anyone had their T30 blower fan fail? Im looking for some pointers, I guess the fan is in the portside, inaccessible due to the fender locker on the port side of the engine bay. It was tripping after 3-4 seconds but now its not doing anything. Can the grills / side vents on the T30 be removed fo...

Sale still going through, survey done and costed the main faults. Negotiation still on-going. The Q about the table was because I notice the pole of the table actually extends through the floor into the bilge. Im not sure if the upper part of the pole just sinks into the lower part or the whole lot ...
